Adoption Events
Want to get nose-to-nose with some of the most loveable animals in Johnson County? Then make sure to come to the HSJC Pet Center at 3827 N. Graham Road, Franklin to check out the animals up for adoption from the HSJC. Since we do not have a shelter to house our animals yet, all of our animals are currently in foster homes. The foster parents would love to be able to place their foster pets into wonderful “forever” homes like yours. So if you are ready to add a new member to your family, please stop by any Thursday evening between 5 P.M. and 7 P.M. to meet our adoptable animals.
Watch for information on special adoption events to be held in other locations through the year.
If you do wish to adopt from the Humane Society of Johnson County, you will need to submit an application for adoption to be reviewed. Feel free to go ahead and fill out the application while you begin your search for your new companion.
